我国财政政策设计中的问题研究

我国财政政策设计上存在一些问题:由于未将满足经济发展和经济稳定的政府支出分开,结果造成财政政策力度难以衡量;由于政策目标定为经济增长,结果造成政策未能有效的通过经济目标的实现,推动社会总目标的实现;由于政策目标设定不合理,结果造成政策效应持续性差,经济增长对政策产生强烈的依赖性。

There are some problems in ＇financial policy design in our country, such as, because doesn＇t separate economical development disbursement from economical stableness disbursement, it is difficult to weigh the strength of financial policy; because takes economy increase as policy goal, policy doesn＇t effectively drive the realization of total social goal by the realization of economic goal;because the enactment of policy goal is unreasonable, economy increase depends on the policy strongly.
