银行业在一国国民经济中占有十分重要的地位,世界各国都非常重视对银行业的规制。为此,分析了银行业规制的理论基础以及美国、意大利和韩国的银行业规制实践,指出银行业规制需要在实践中不断发展和调整,不同的经济发展阶段,不同的经济环境,需要采取不同的规制制度,才能使银行业和整个国民经济实现健康增长。

Banking occupies always a very important position in the national economy of certain country, so, every country of all over the world pays more attention to the banking regulation. Analyzes the theoretical foundation of banking regulation and regulation practice from United States of American, Italy and Korea, points out that banking regulation need develop and regulate constantly in the practice, only on different development stage, under the different economic environment, adopt different regulation system, can banking and whole national economy achieve health growth.
