摘要
回顾了变反射率镜非稳腔的研究历史,总结了实现变反射率的方法,分析了它们的优缺点,最后列表总结了典型使用VRM作为非稳腔输出耦合器的实验参数和结果。为大能量固体激光器的设计提供了理论和实验参考。
It is a challenge to obtain high power with good beam quality. The use of unstable resonator with variable reflectivity mirrors can make it become true. Our object is to give references to the design of high energy solid-state lasers both theoretically and experimentally. Developments of unstable resonators with variable reflectivity mirrors is reviewed. Advantages and disadvantages of the methods of acturlization variable reflectivity are summarized. Experiments using variable reflectivity mirrors as output coupler and their results are listed.
