摘要
利用ANSYS建立了矩形橡胶密封圈的有限元模型,分析了初始压缩率和液体压力对矩形圈变形和密封面处接触压力的影响,并与O形圈进行了对比。结果表明,矩形圈密封面处的接触压力随初始压缩率和液体压力的增加而增大;矩形圈较O形圈的接触压力均匀、密封面大、密封效果好且初始压缩率小、老化速度慢、尺寸稳定性好,但矩形密封圈的接触面积大,散热效果差,只能用于静密封。
ANSYS was utilized to establish the finite element model of rectangular rubber seals, some factors influencing on contact pressure of sealing face were taken into account, such as initial compressibility and liquid pressure, and the resuits were compared with that of the O-rings. The results indicate that the contact pressure of sealing face of the rectangular seals increases with the increase of initial compressibility or liquid pressure. Comparing with the O-rings,rectangular seals has a more uniform contact stress, a bigger sealing face, a better sealing effect and it' s initial compressibility is smaller,it' s aging rate is slower and it' s dimension stability is better than O-rings'. Rectangular sealing ring can only be used for static sealing for its larger contact area and unsatisfying heat removal effect.
