摘要
用二维快速傅里叶变换(2D FFT)方法处理干涉图时,由于该算法只能处理数字化的离散数据,且要求采样的数据序列长度必须是2的n次方,则数据分布区域必须是矩形区域,而一般干涉图的数据范围是圆形域,因此必须设法将圆形区域干涉图扩展延拓成矩形区域。提出了一种基于样本匹配的干涉图延拓的原理和方法,利用该方法对一幅实际干涉图进行了空域延拓,取得了满意的结果。结果表明,该原理方法具有较高的处理精度,为波面相位复原奠定了基础。
The circular interferogram must be spread into square region when interferogram is disposed by using 2D FTT arithmetic, which is applied only to numeric disperse data and requires that sampling data sequence length must be 2n and square distributing region. The principle and method of interferogram region spreading based on exemplar matching are proposed. This technique has been used in region spreading of an actual interferogram with a satisfactory result. The results indicate that the principle and method has high precision and establish the foundation to phase recovery.
