摘要
对超低温保存的原理、程序、影响因素等进行了综述,并对其今后的发展进行了展望。
Cryopreservation was considered to be an ideal means for the long-term and genetic stability storage of plant germplasm resources and more than 200 species have been done with the method. In this paper, the mechanism of cryopreservation, conserving-steps, affecting-factors and so on were summarized and the development trend of it was prospected.
