摘要
研究了不同浓度的B9和CaCl2溶液对瓶插香石竹切花保鲜效果的影响。结果表明:B9和CaCl2相配合使用可使香石竹切花花枝硬挺,蓝变时间推迟,观赏期延长。同时,还具有保持香石竹切花花枝鲜重,维护细胞膜透性的稳定,降低切花花青素和叶片叶绿素含量降解的速度等生理效应。通过对各观测分析指标的综合评价,以250mg/LB9和0.1%CaCl2的组合切花保鲜效果最佳。
In this paper, the effect of different content of CaCl2 mixing with B9 for the fresh preservation of cut carnation flower was studied. The results showed that combining CaCl2 with B9 could make cut carnation flowers stand firm, defer blue-change, and extend the stage of viewing and admiring. Moreover, they also had many physiological effects such as holding cut flower fresh weight, defending the stabilization of cell membrane penetration, reducing the speed of decomposition in anthoeyanin and chlorophyll and so on. Through integrative evaluation of several observation indexes, the best treatment was 0.05 g/L CaCl2 and 500 mg/L B9.
