摘要
对蜂斗叶的组培条件进行了较系统的研究。结果表明,以蜂斗叶的叶柄切段为外植体,在MS+6B-A2mg/L培养基上可诱导出胚性愈伤组织并分化出丛生芽;芽丛在MS+6B-A1mg/L的继代培养基上,月繁殖系数可达3倍以上;健壮芽在1/2MS+NAA0.1mg/L+活性炭1mg/L的生根培养基上生根率为100%。
In this paper, the condition of tissue culture and rapid propagation of Petasites Japonicus was studied. The results showed that euhivated on MS+2 mg/L BA media, petioles produced callus and shoots; when shoots were cultivated on MS+1mg/L BA media, the reproduce coefficient was more than 3 times; and when the shoots were cultivated on 1/2 MS+0.2 mg/L NAA+1 mg/L active carbon media, the rhizogenesis rate was 100 %.
