摘要
利用盆栽试验,研究了氮肥集约度对小白菜中硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明,氮肥是小白菜硝态氮累积的主要来源,随着氮肥施用量的增加,小白菜茎叶中硝酸盐含量也随着增加。为减少硝酸盐含量的累积,应适当控制氮肥用量。
Potted experiments were used to study the influence of nitrogen intensive gradient on the nitrate content in Chinese cabbage. The results showed that nitrate accumulation originated from the nitrogen fertilizer in soil,the nitrate content in stalk and leaf of Chinese cabbage were raised accordingly with the nitrogen fertilizer-increasing, To reduce nitrate content,the application amount of nitrogen fertilizer should be controlled.
