Discussion on the Land Requisition and the Assumption of Land System Innovation

由征地问题引出目前我国土地制度中存在的一些缺陷和弊端,通过综合分析得出土地制度的落后是造成征地问题的根源所在,并针对我国的土地制度提出了部分改革设想。

In this paper, the defects and flaws of Chinese land system, showed in the land requisition were discussed and the laggard land system was the origin of the land requisition eonfliction, some reformational assumptions of land system were brought forward.
