中国富余劳动力问题及对策

Research on the Problem of Surplus Labor in China

分析了中国富余劳动力状况,并对其影响做了进一步探讨,提出了解决的对策。

China has achieved a great long period socio-economic progress since 1978, while the problem of employment has disturbed the future progress of China. There were two main factors could explain why GDP＇s progress produced surplus labor. First, the total population of China in 1949 was vast and the growth rate of population was high, Second, planning economic system had ensured a large number of surplus labors worked less than the normal time. Surplus labor showed that regional disparities in our country would exist in a rather long time, and non -agricultural industry could hardly adjust to urbanization. It was necessary for us to review our country＇s development way and explore a new urbanization way.
