摘要
以广西丘陵地带甘蔗收割机物理样机的研制为基础,以虚拟样机技术为开发技术,介绍甘蔗收割机械虚拟设计4CP集成平台;利用CAD及CAPP控件,提出集成平台对CAD三维图形,以及对开目CAPP工艺卡的集成方法;然后对其中的关键技术进行研究,实现虚拟设计4CP集成平台对CAD三维图形的集成,以及对开目CAPP加工工艺卡的集成。
Based on the development of the small- scale sugarcane harvester used in hill in Guangxi province, it introduces the 4CP virtual design integration platform for sugarcane harvester. Using ActiveX control of CAD and CAPP, it puts forward methods to integrate 3D - CAD graphics and KaiMu CAPP' s technique cards in the 4CP virtual design integration platform for sugarcane harvester, shows the detail about the key technology and development process.
