我国磷肥工业“十五”回顾和“十一五”展望

Review during the "Tenth Five-Year" Plan and Outlook during the "Eleventh Five-Year" Plan on the Phosphate Fertilizer Industry in China

回顾了我国磷肥工业“十五”期间取得的显著进步,在提前、超额完成“十五”计划的同时,国产磷肥的自给率已提高到96.4%,产业集中度提高、布局趋于合理,大型装置基本实现国产化,又给农民带来了很大实惠,并提出了存在的主要问题。展望“十一五”期间,分析了磷肥工业的发展思路,认为磷肥工业面临着机遇与挑战并存的新形势,是又一个发展较快的时期。

The significant progress made by China's phosphate fertilizer industry during the 'Tenth Five-Year' Plan is reviewed.While accomplishing the 'Tenth Five-Year' Plan ahead of time and beyond the target,the degree of self-sufficiency for Chinese phosphate fertilizers has grown to 96.4%.The industry concentration ratio is high,the distribution is going reasonable,and the large-scaled plants are basically using Chinese technology,and the farmers tremendously benefit from it.Main existing problems are also presented.With an outlook for the 'Eleventh Five-Year' Plan,the development philosophy of the phosphate fertilizer industry is elaborated,and it is considered that the phosphate fertilizer industry is facing a new situation where the opportunity and challenge both exist,which will be another period for fast growth.
