摘要
我国现行科技体制与提高自主创新能力、建设创新型国家之间,还存在着一些不相适应的状况。对此提出了通过构建和完善创新机制,提高自主创新能力的对策,探讨了完善创新机制的4个有效途径。
The present technological system can not be perfectly suited to enhancement of independent innovation ability and construction of innovational country in China. In view of this situation,the ways of constructing and perfecting innovation mechanism and enhancing independent innovation ability are put forward. Four ways to perfect innovation mechanism are approached.
