摘要
影响高校就业率的因素是多方面的,它既与社会经济发展状况有关,也与高校就业服务工作、毕业生个人、学校专业设置和学校声誉密切相关。从毕业生个人和学校两个角度对影响高校毕业生就业率的5个主要因素进行了分析,并从学校教育教学以及管理的角度提出了相应对策。
Employment - rate of a college is affected by many factors, which has relevance to the development of economy, services for employment of colleges, graduates themselves, specialty setting, and college reputation.
