摘要
电子商务企业与网络消费者的电子商务情境中存在的心理契约对双方的行为具有重要的影响。界定了电子商务情境中的心理契约的概念内涵,开发设计了相应的测度量表,并通过调查数据分析,对量表的信度与效度进行了实证检验。
Psychological contract exist in e -commerce context between e -commerce enterprise and internet / consumer has important affection on both side behavior. The specific connotation of psychological contract is defined in e -commerce context. A measurement scale for psychological contract is designed and its reliability and validity are empirically tested by survey data.
