摘要 以自制的化学镀银鳞片石墨对传统的无溶剂型环氧玻璃鳞片涂料进行改性,制得了玻璃鳞片导电涂料。研究了含不同质量分数化学镀银鳞片石墨的玻璃鳞片导电涂层的电阻、表干/实干时间、厚度、硬度、耐蚀性及其BSE照片。结果表明,含有化学镀银石墨的玻璃鳞片涂料其表干/实干时间缩短、厚度增加、硬度和耐蚀性均有所提高。确定了化学镀银鳞片石墨在涂料中的最佳质量分数为30%。所得玻璃鳞片导电涂料的电阻率为252.75Ω·cm。 The traditional non-solvent epoxy glass flake coating was modified by self-made electroless Ag flake graphite and the glass flake conductive coating was prepared. The resistance, surface drying/real drying time, thickness, hardness, corrosion resistance and BSE photos of the glass flake conductive coating containing different mass fraction of electroless silver graphite were studied. Results show that surface drying/real drying time of glass flake conductive coating containing electroless silver flake graphite was shortened. Its thickness, hardness and corrosion resistance are all increased. The optimal mass fraction of electroless silver graphite in the coating is 30%. And the resistivity of coating is 252.75Ω· cm.
