摘要
阐述了电镀工艺过程控制系统的研究现状和发展概况,介绍了电镀工艺条件对镀件质量的影响。提出了一个基于电源装备的电镀工艺参数控制系统。该系统主要由数字化电镀电源、上位机、现场控制器构成。实践表明,该系统可以实现能量的合理配置,达到节能增效的目的。
The research status and development of control system for electroplating process were expounded and the influences of process conditions on plating quality were introduced, A parameter control system for electroplating process based on power source was presented. The system consists of digital plating power source, upper machine and field control equipment. The practice shows that, by using this system, rational disposition of energy can be realized and the goal of energy saving and effect enhance were achieved.
