胎鼠脊髓内TrkA表达与神经元发育初探

摘要 目的:观察神经生长因子特异性受体TrkA在不同胎龄大鼠脊髓内的表达特点,并探讨其与神经元发育的相关性。方法:利用尼氏染色、免疫组织化学方法观察胚胎期Wistar大鼠脊髓内神经元发育及TrkA表达特点。结果:神经元在胎鼠脊髓内的发育始自E13天,神经元数量持续增加至E19天。E19后神经元数量没有明显增加,胞体不断增大,突起不断延长,胞内尼氏体明显增多;E13天大鼠脊髓内开始检测到TrkA的表达,并随着胚胎的进一步发育呈逐渐增加趋势。结论:TrkA与神经元的发育呈同步相关,神经元的发育成熟依赖于TrkA的表达。 Objective To detect the expression of TrkA in the fetal rat's spinal cord and to approach the relationship between the expression of TrkA and development of the neurons. Method Nissl's body staining and immunohistochemistry were applied to observe development of the neurons and the expression of TrkA. Results Developmental neuron could be detected at E13 day and the number of neuron rose up till E19 day. After E19 day, the number didnt change obviously, the size of neuron inereased,thc enations extended and the Nissl body obviously increased inside the neurons. The expression of TrkA was observed at E13 day in the fetal rat's spinal cord and the expression of TrkA increased according to the advanced developing of the neurons. Conclusion The expression of TrkA and the development of the neurons are at the same pace, and the development of the neurons depends on the expression of TrkA during the embryo.
