黑芝麻油对大白耳兔血脂的调节作用

Accommodation effects of black sesame oil on blood lipid in rabbit with atherosclerosis

目的:了解黑芝麻油对动脉粥样硬化模型兔血脂的影响。方法:将24只大白耳兔随机分成基础饲料组和高脂饲料组和黑芝麻油组,每组8只,各组饲喂不同饲料20周后,取静脉血测定总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和甘油三酯。结果:比较3个组的总胆固醇值和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇值,高脂饲料组与基础饲料组比较显著增高(P<0.01),黑芝麻油组与高脂饲料组比较显著下降(P<0.01)。结论:黑芝麻油具有较明显的降血脂作用,其降脂作用主要表现在降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇进而降低总胆固醇。

Objective To observe the effects of black sesame oil on blood lipid in rabbit with atherosclerosis. Method 24 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups as follows： the basic fodder group, the cholesterol fodder group and the black sesame oil group. There were 8 rabbits in each group and they were fed with different fodder. After 20 weeks, the concentrations of total cholesterol（ TC）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL -C）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL -C） and triglyceride （TG） in serum of rabbits were determined. Results The eoneertrations of TC and LDL - C in the cholesterol fodder group were significantly higher than that in the basic fodder group（ P 〈0. 01 ）. The concertrations of TC and LDL - C in the black sesame oil group were significantly lower than that in the cholesterol fodder group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The black sesame oil decreases blood lipid of atherosclerosis rabbits by decreasing LDL - C.
