食管覆膜记忆合金支架置入术治疗食管恶性狭窄的临床分析

Clinical analysis of membrane covered self-expanding stent insertion for esophageal malignant stricture

目的：探讨食管覆膜支架置入术治疗食管恶性狭窄的治疗经验及临床处理中应注意的问题。方法：收集32例应用食管覆膜支架置入术治疗食管恶性狭窄患者的资料，并进行总结分析。结果：32例患者共置入33枚食管覆膜支架，其中1例经多次调整支架。术后随访观察2～16个月，进食困难与梗阻现象均明显改善。结论：食管覆膜金属内支架置入术治疗食管恶性狭窄是一种安全、有效的方法，是晚期食管恶性狭窄最有效的治疗手段之一。

Objective To discuss the therapy experience and problems appeaed in the treatment of esophageal malignant stricture with membrane covered self- expanding stent insertion. Method Collecting the information of 32 patients with esophageal malignant stricture, who were treated with membrane covered self- expanding stent insertion and analyze the data. Results 32 patients were ii,serted 33 membrane covered self- expanding stents totally and one case regulated the stent more than once. The following - up time was between 2 and 16 months, and the phenomena of dysphagia and obstruction improved obviously. Conclusion It is a secure and effective method to treat esophageal malignant stricture with membrane covered self-expanding stent insertion, and it is one of the most effective therapeutic tools that treat esophageal malignant stricture of advanced stage.
