偶发性肾癌的临床分析(附48例报告)

Clinical analysis of 48 cases with incidental renal cell carcinoma

目的:探讨偶发性肾癌的诊治水平。方法:对2000年1月至2006年8月经手术治疗的48例偶发性肾细胞癌进行回顾性分析。结果:术后40例获得随访,3年生存率为96.3%,5年生存率为92.8%。结论:应定期体检并将超声检查列入健康体检的重要项目,以筛选早期肾肿瘤。肾癌根治术是最有效的治疗方法,辅以免疫治疗可以提高疗效。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of incidentally detected renal cell carcinoma. Method 48 cases with incidentally detected renal cell carcinoma receiving surgical treatment from january 2000 to August 2006 were studied retrospectively. Results 40 cases were followed up after operation. The 3 - year survival rate was 96.3% and the 5 - year survival rate was 92.8%. Conclusion Regular physical examination should be listed as an important item in health physical examination to screen the early - stage renal tumor. Radical nephrectomy is the most effective therapy for this disease and adjuvant immunotherapy can enhance the therapeutic effect.
