慢性粒细胞白血病患者血清IL-18水平测定

Detection of serum interleukin-18 in patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia

目的:检测慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)患者血清IL-18水平。方法:采用ELISA方法检测正常人、慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)患者化疗前后血清中IL-18水平。结果:CML患者血清中IL-18水平(935.8±220.9pg/ml)低于正常人(P<0.01),化疗后CML患者血清中IL-18(392.1±17.58pg/ml)低于化疗前(P<0.01)。结论:CML患者血清中IL-18水平减低,化疗后IL-18进一步减低。

Objectlve To measure the serum level of intefleukin - 18 （IL - 18） in patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia （CML）. Method The level of serumal IL - 18 in healthy subjects and patients with CML before and after chemotherapy were determined by ELISA. Results The serum I L- 18 [ （935.8 ± 220.9）pg,/ml ] in patients with C ML is lower than that in healthy subjects （P 〈 0.01 ）. The level of serumal IL- 18 [ （392.1 ±17.58 ）pg/ml ] after chemotherapy in patients with CML is lower than that before chemotherapy （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The serum level of IL - 18 in CML patients is lower than that in healthy subjects and it is much lower alter chemotherapy.
