动脉瘤破裂误诊为脑出血6例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 6 patients with disruptive aneurysm misdiagnosed as brain hemorrhage

目的:进一步提高对颅内动脉瘤破裂出血的诊断水平,避免误诊的发生。方法:对本院收治的6例颅内动脉瘤破裂误诊为高血压脑出血的临床病例进行误诊分析。结果:6例误诊患者2例痊愈出院,1例好转,3例死亡。结论:CTA及血管造影检查可早期诊断动脉瘤,早期诊断、及时救治可提高病人的生存率。

Objective To improve the diagnostic level of disruptive eneranial aneurysm and avoid the occurrence of misdiagnose. Method 6 patients with disruptive eneranial aneurysm who were misdiagnosed as brain hemorrhage in our hospital were analyzed. Results Out of the 6 patients, 2 were cured, 1 got better, 3 died. Conclusion CTA and angiography can help us diagnose aneruysm early and we can improve the survival rate of patients if diagnosed early and remedy in time.
