改良酶联免疫技术测定特异性IgE在支气管哮喘诊断中的作用

Application of reformed ELISA technique to determine specific IgE in the diagnose of asthma

目的:检测支气管哮喘患者血清中多种特异性抗体,寻找过敏因素。方法:应用改良酶联免疫技术对哮喘患者血清中38种过敏原之特异性IgE抗体进行检测。结果:75例哮喘患者血清中均检测出1种以上特异性抗体阳性,提示可能为明确及可疑过敏因素。结论:过敏原特异性抗体检测结果可作为哮喘患者临床诊断与治疗的依据。

Objective To detect many specific antibodies in bronchial asthma patients＇ serum and search for supersensitivity factors. Method We used ELISA technique to detect specific IgE of 38 scnsibiligens in asthma patients＇ serum. Results More than one positive specific antibody were found in 75 asthma patients and they might be definite or doubtful supersensitivity factors. Conclusion The detective result of sensibiligen specific antibody can be reference basis to clinical diagnosis and treatment in asthma patients.
