多烯康对脑血栓形成病人的血清高密度脂蛋白类的影响

Effects of Duo-xi-kang on HDL lipoproteins in patients with cerebral thrombosis

目的：观察多烯康对脑血栓病人血清高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ－ｃｈ）及其亚组分的影响。方法：３５例脑血栓病人（男性２０例，女性１５例；年龄５６±ｓ７ａ）采用多烯康１．８ｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ，连服４ｗｋ。结果：病人服用多烯康４ｗｋ后，ＨＤＬ２－ｃｈ浓度升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＨＤＬ２－ｃｈ／ＨＤＬ３－ｃｈ比值升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），无明显不良反应。

AIM:To observe the effects of Duo-xi-kang on high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-ch) and its sub-components in patients with cerebral thrombosis. METHODS:Thirty-five patients(M 20, F 15,age 56 ± s 7 a) with cerebral thrombosis took Duo-xikang 1.8g,po,tid for 4 wk.RESULTS:The serum HDL-ch and its subcomponents were changed after the treatment of Duo-Xi-kang,HDL2-ch and HDL2-ch/HDL3-ch were increased statistically(P<0.01 and P< 0.05).No adverse reaction were found during therapy.CONCLUSION:Duo-xi-kang is effective for prevention and treatment of cerebral vascular disease.
