摘要
目的：观察缓释维拉帕米的降压作用及其对心脏功能的影响。方法：采用缓释维拉帕米１２０～３６０ｍｇ／ｄ，ｐｏ，疗程２ｍｏ，治疗轻、中度高血压病３０例（男性１４例，女性１６例；年龄５４±ｓ９ａ）。结果：总有效率９３％。治疗后收缩压、舒张压均有显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），且动态血压波动性减少。对心率无明显影响（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：该药不良反应较少，服药方便。
AIM:To observe the antihypertensive effect of sustained-release verapamil(Ver-SR).METHODS:Thirty mild and moderate essential hypertensive patients(M 14,F16;age 54± s 9 a) received Ver-SR 120,360 mg/d,po,for 2 mo. RESULTS:The total effective rate was 93%,both SBP and DBP were reduced significantly(P<0.01).The fluctuation of the ambulatory blood pressure decreased after the treatment of Ver-SR and no significant change in heart rate was observed.CONCLUSION : As the drug has rare adverse reactions and is convenient to be taken,it may be of first choice in treatment of hypertension.
