摘要
目前大多数中小企业不愿进行人力资本投资,我们通过企业之间人力资本投资的博弈分析,认为企业应该选择人力资本投资,才能实现其上策均衡,而进行人力资本投资后,企业与员工之间还存在一种博弈,通过这种博弈分析,我们认为企业应采取措施留住接受了人力资本投资的员工。
Nowadays, most of mid-and small-scale enterprises are not willing to carry on human capital investment. By the game analysis on human capital investment between enterprises, it shows that enterprise should choose human capital investment to achieve dominant equilibrium. Through the gaming analysis between employer and employee after human capital investment, it shows that measures should be taken to remain the employees who get the benefits of human capital investment.
