Development and Application of Automatic Monitoring System of the Rational Use of Antibiotics

目的:开发可有效、系统地监控抗生素合理应用的软件系统。方法:利用“军卫一号”医院信息系统的数据库和网络架构,使用Power Builder程序开发工具开发自动监控抗生素合理应用系统。结果:本系统解决了医院抗生素统计中数据的复杂逻辑关系问题,促进了医院抗生素的有效管理。结论:本系统功能强大,性能可靠,软件运行稳定,值得推广。

To develop the software to effectively monitor the rational drug use of antibiotics. METHODS： We successfully developed automatic monitoring the rational based on our existing database and network of ＂Army No.1＂ use of antibiotics by using development tool of Powerbuilder, system. RESULTS： It solved the problem of complex logic relation of counting data and improved the management of antibiotics. CONCLUSIONS： This system is powerful, reliable and stable, which deserves generalization.
