足底外侧楔形垫治疗膝骨性关节炎合并膝内翻的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨膝骨性关节炎合并膝内翻的有效治疗方法。将55例患者(72个患病膝关节),随机分为足底矫形垫组与对照组进行对照观察。经4~6个月随访,临床疗效评定治疗组优良率为9.96%,有效率为82.93%;对照组优良率为6.46%,有效率为35.48%。治疗组中X线影像分级Ⅱ级者疼痛评分及综合评分改善明显(P〈0.05),有显著性差异;Ⅲ级者有改善,但P〉0.05,无显著差异;Ⅳ级患者症状无改善。对照组Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级治疗前后疼痛评分及综合评分均无明显改变。说明足底外侧楔形垫是治疗膝骨性关节炎合并膝内翻的有效方法。 In order to investigate the therapeutic effect of knee osteoarthritis with gonyectyposis (KOG), 55 cases of KOG(72 suffering knee joints) were randomly divided into two groups: Group A treated by lateral plantar wedge-shaped pad (LPWP) and Group B treated by Ace-clofenac, respectively, the 46 month-long-term results of the two groups were followed up and observed. The results showed that the clinical excellent rate and effective rate of Group A was9.96% and 82.93%, respectively, while those of Group B were 6.64% and 35.45%. The achy score and comprehensive evaluation in Ⅱ grade of Group A had a perceptible improvement with a significant difference (P<0.05), while Ⅲ grade had improvement but with no significant difference. Those ofⅣ grade of Group A anⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳgrade of Group B had no improvement, suggesting that LPWP is an effective method to treat KOG.
