中日重点大学交流与合作的现状及特征

The Current Situation and Characteristics of Exchange and Cooperation between Chinese and Japanese Universities

进入新世纪,中日大学交流特别是重点大学之间的交流与合作,在规模和深度上,都达到了前所未有的水平,其特征表现为留学交流从单一的个体留学发展到校际共同培养,校际合作“强强”为主,产学合作有同有异,合作流向从“日高中低”逐步向“平行线”转变等。中日高教界应该抓住时代机遇,使两国的重点大学交流与合作再上新层次。

The exchange and cooperation between Chinese and Japanese universities have been reaching a new level both in scale and in depth since the beginning of the 21st century. It can be characterized as a shift from individual behavior of studying abroad to joint training programs based on cooperation between Chinese and Japanese first-rate universities. And simultaneously, the cooperation relationship has also changed from a pattern of Japan initiative to equivalence. Within such context, both Chinese and Japanese first-rate universities should take use of the opportunities in this era to further their exchange and cooperation.
