精氨酸酶对急性非淋巴白血病细胞的诱导分化

THE DIFFERENTIATION OF ACUTE NON-LYMPHOID LEUKEMIC CELLS INDUCED BY ARGINASE

本文报告精氨酸酶对急性单核细胞白血病Ｕ＿（９３７）细胞及ＡＰＬ原代细胞的诱导分化。在精氨酸酶５００Ｕ／Ｌ浓度下进行液体培养４天，Ｕ＿（９３７）细胞和ＡＰＬ原代细胞活细胞密度分别为起始活细胞密度的６５％和６２％。同时，观察到Ｕ＿（９３７）细胞向成熟单核细胞分化，ＡＰＬ原代细胞向分叶核粒细胞方向分化。

he differentiation of monocytic leukemic U937 cell and primary APL cell induced by arginase 500 U/L was studied in this paper.Results indica-ted that on the 4th day,under the influence of arginase,the number of survival U937 cell and primary APL cell respectively reduced to 65%and 62%of the initial cell numbers;and U937 cells differentiated to mature mo-nocyte,the primary APL cell differentiated to mature granulocyte。
