摘要
在正常蛋白和低蛋白饲料中分别添加不同剂量的牛磺酸,观察对大鼠蛋白质利用率、生长发育和智力发育的影响。实验分7个组:正常蛋白对照组(NPⅠ)、正常蛋白+0.2%牛磺酸组(NPⅡ)、正常蛋白+1%牛磺酸组(NPⅢ)、低蛋白对照组(LPⅠ)、低蛋白+0.2%牛磺酸组(LPⅡ)、低蛋白+1%牛磺酸(LPⅢ)、无氮膳食组(PF)。结果显示:NPⅢ大鼠的增重和饲料蛋白质功效比值(PER)均高于NPⅡ和NPⅠ(P<0.05),净蛋白质比值(NPR)和蛋白质存留率(PRE)则与NPⅠ无显著性差异,低蛋白各组大鼠上述指标基本相似;无论是在正常蛋白或低蛋白饲料中添加1%牛磺酸,其蛋白质表观消化率(AD)、真消化率(TD)、生物学价值(BV)及蛋白质净利用率(NPU)均明显提高(P<0.05);添加0.2%牛磺酸,BV和NPU亦明显提高(P<0.05),而AD和TD则与对照组相近。此外,除NPⅢ大鼠的大脑和脑湿重低于对照组外(P<0.05),其它各实验组大鼠的大脑、小脑和脑湿重则均与对照组无显著性差别。在辨别学习训练中,除NPⅢ外,其它各实验组大鼠达到学会标准所用时间均少于其相应的对照组(P<0.05)。提示:牛磺酸可通过提高蛋?
The effect of taurine added in different levels of normal and low protein oii protein utilization,growth and development of intelligence were studied in ratsThe rats were randomly divided into 7 groups and fed With 10% casein(NP Ⅰ),10% casein+0.2%taurine(NP Ⅱ),10%casein+1% taurince(NPⅢ),7%casein(LP Ⅰ),7%casein+0.2%tanrine(LPⅡ),7%casein+1%taurine(LP Ⅲ)and no casein(PF)respectively, The weight gain gnd PER in NPⅢ were significantly highf3r than that in NP Ⅱ and NPⅠ NPR and PRh had no difference between NP Ⅲ and NP Ⅰ:there was no significant difference between low protein groups on above parameters.AD,TD,BV and NPU in 1% taurine groups of either normal protein group or low pre-tein group were all significantly higher than those in 0.2% taurine group and control group,both BV and NPU in 0.2% taurine group were signifi-cantly higher than those in control group,but there was no significant difference between these two groups on AD and TD,The wet weight of cerebrum,cerebellum:and brain in normal and low protein groups were not significantly different except that the wet weight of cerebrum and brain in NP Ⅲ were significantly lower than those in NPⅠ.In cognition test,the time for rats to reach the stndard level of each experimental group was significantly shorter than that of its control group except NPⅢ. The study demonstrated that taurine may promote the growth of rats through improving the protein utilization,and may also promote the deve-lopment of intelligence in rats.
