摘要
应用水飞蓟(SilybummarianumGaertn)的果实提取水飞蓟油,研究其营养成分和降脂作用。实验结果证明,水飞蓟油中含99.78±4.28%粗脂肪和8种脂肪酸(主要是亚油酸:46.46±0.26%);含有310.0±4.15mg/L的蛋白质和12种氨基酸,在测定的4种维生素的含量中,以VE含量最高(26.76±0.86mg/L);10种微量元素中,除铅(Pb)、砷(AS)未测出外,以铁(Fe)(40.70±0.82mg/L)的含量较高;水飞蓟油并能显著降低外源性高脂血症的胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)(P<0.01),降低率分别为83.91%和60.07%。
he Silybum marianum Gaertn(S.M,G)seed oil was extracted and its nutritional compositions and hypolipidemic effect in rats were studied.The results showed that S.M,Gseed oil contained 99.78 ± 4.28%coarse fat and 8 kinds of fatty acid(the main of them is linoleic acid:46.46% ± 0.26%),310.0± 4.15mg/L protein and 12 kinds of amino acid.In the 4 kinds of vitamin,the content of vitamin E was the richest(26.76 ±0.86mg/L),the Fe(40.70± 0.82mg/L)was the richest in 10 kinds of trace element besides the Pb and As.The cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG)(P<0.01)of exo-genous hyperlipemia can be reduced notably by S.M.G seed oil,the rates of the reduction were 83.91%and 60.07%
