以长沙理工大学图书馆为例,分析了合并后高校图书馆分编工作的变化,指出了这一变化给分编人员带来的挑战,提出了提高编目员素质的几点建议。

Taking the library of Changsha University of Science ＆ Technology as an example, this paper analyzes on the changes of the classifying and cataloging work of university library after the combination of colleges, points out the challenges brought about by these changes to the librarians engaged in the classifying and cataloging work, and puts forward some suggestions on improving the quality of the catalogers.
