Study on the Development and Independent Innovation of Shanxi's Patent

在对20年来山西省专利发展情况进行统计分析和比较的基础上,指出山西省专利发展相对较慢与自主创新能力不足有很大的关系,提出应通过专利战略的实施带动自主创新。

Based on the statistical analysis on and comparison of the developing situation of Shanxi＇s Patent in twenty years, this paper points out that the lower development of Shanxi＇s patent has many things to do with the shortage of the capacity of independent innovation, and puts forward the suggestion on that should promote the independent innovation through carrying out the patent strategy.
