Talking about the Sci-tech Developing Strategy of the Small and Medium-sized Cities in Central and West Regions of China

对中西部中小城市“十一五”科技发展的形势、存在的问题及其原因进行了分析,阐述了其科技发展的目标及原则,并从9个方面对科技发展的关键措施进行了探讨。

This paper analyzes on the situation, the existing problems and reasons of the sci-tech developing of the small and medium-sized cities in central and west regions of China in the period of the Eleventh Five-year Plan, expounds the targets and principles of the sci-tech development of these cities, and probes into the key measures for their sci-tech development from nine aspects.
