摘要
肠缺血预适应是肠缺血-再灌注损伤的一种有效预防措施,对心肌也有保护作用。肠缺血预适应的确切机制尚不完全明了,目前普遍认为是预适应的刺激促使腺苷、缓激肽和去甲肾上腺素等一些内源性活性物质通过不同信号转导途径被释放,从而激活了线粒体ATP敏感的K+通道,发挥缺血中的心肌保护作用。
Intestinal ischemia preconditioning can protect both the intestine from ischemia-reperfusion injury and myocardium against infarction as well. The mechanism underlying intestinal ischemia preconditioning has not been completely understood yet, but there is now consensus that it involves the release of a number of endogenous substances such as adenosine, bradykinin, and norepinephrine during the preconditioning stimulus, which, most likely via different signal transduction pathways, activate the mitochondrial ATP-sensitive K ^+ (KAw) channels.
