摘要 转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)具有广泛的生理效应。它在软骨细胞代谢中起着十分重要的作用,在体外,TGF-β可促进软骨基质分泌、细胞增生、骨软骨生成分化;在体内,短期关节腔内注射可增加骨和次级软骨细胞生成、骨软骨发生。体内TGF-β的诱导表达和基因转移给骨关节炎带来了新的治疗手段。 Transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) plays a significant role in promoting chondrocyte anabolism in vitro and in vivo. Induction of the expression of TGF-β in vivo and the gene transfer may provide a new approach for treatment of osteoarthritis.
