摘要
分析了车灯灯罩这种形状复杂、壁薄而腔深的零件的结构特点,针对压铸中易形成裂纹、浇不足等缺陷的工艺特性,重点考虑了分型面的位置选择和压铸工艺即浇注系统设计,并在此基础上,运用Pro/E软件的三维参数化设计等功能模块,生成模具型腔和模具镶块以及浇注系统、推出机构等,并在三维空间上完成了模具总体装配结构的设计。
Aiming at easy formation of crack and contract in the process of die casting, the selection of parting surface and gating system design was paid attention to by analyzing the structure features of thin-walled lampshade for car light with complicated shape and deep cavity. Based on above analysis, Pro/E software was used to create die cavity and die core as well as gating system and push mechanism, and the design of whole die assemble was completed successfully.
