摘要
通过对锰系铁合金的一些物理性能的研究,针对锰系铁合金产品强度低、脆性高的特点,研制开发出适宜以连续成形方式生产锰系铁合金的设备。通过采用铜管内衬石墨衬套的结晶器,利用石墨的自润滑作用,降低了合金与结晶器的摩擦阻力,并采用偏心轮实现正弦振动以及垂直下拉式的拉拔工艺,保证锰系铁合金能够顺利完成连续成形。
We have developed a continuous molding device to produce manganess series ferroalloy with low strength and high brittleness on the basis of analyzing physical properties of the alloy. Cu mould inlayed graphite sleeve was used in the device, which can reduce the friction resistance between the ferroalloy alloy and the mould due to the self-lubrication effects from graphite, and vertical drawing as well as eccentric wheel realizing sine vibration was used also, to ensure the successful preparation of the manganess series ferroalloy in continuous casting.
