摘要
随着工程量清单报价体制的实施和市场经济体制改革的推进,建筑施工企业面临着更激烈的市场竞争。通过对施工企业成本管理现状的分析,指出存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施。
The construction enterprises are facing a more sharply competition along with the implementation of BQ system and the advancing of market economic system reform. By analysis of the current situation, this paper points out the problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
