国产陶瓷托槽在转矩力作用下断裂强度的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的评价自主开发的国产多晶体氧化铝陶瓷托槽的断裂性能。方法利用我科与北京理工大学合作开发的测量装置检测国产陶瓷托槽在转矩力作用下的断裂力和力矩,并与临床常用的进口陶瓷托槽CrystalineIV作对比。结果在转矩力作用下,国产陶瓷托槽断裂时槽沟处的力为(4342.6±845.8)gm,力矩为(2779.3±541.3)gm-mm,与CrystalineIV无显著性差异,且显著高于文献中推荐的产生牙齿移动有效力矩。结论国产陶瓷托槽在转矩力作用下的断裂强度能够满足临床使用的需要。 Objective To evaluate the fracture strength of the domestic polycrystalline alumina orthodontic brackets during archwire torsion- Methods The fracture strength of domestic ceramic brackets during archwire torsion was measured using the special device made by our faculty and Beijing Science and Technology University. Crystaline IV commonly used in clinic served as control Results The fracture force and moment of domestic ceramic brackets during arch wire torsion were 4342. 6 ± 845.8 on and 2779. 3 ±541.3 gm-mm respectively. There were no significant differences in fracture force and moment between the domestic ceramic brackets and Crystaline IV. The fracture strength of the domestic ceramic brackets was higher than that recommended for moving the teeth effectively. Conclusion The fracture strength of the domestic ceramic brackets during archwire torsion was adequate for clinical orthodontic treatment.
