摘要
目的比较安氏III类错伴下颌偏斜患者髁突的位置与安氏I类患者髁突位置的差异。方法选择安氏III类错伴下颌偏斜患者与安氏I类患者各20名,在薛氏位X线片上测量正中位时,两组髁突在关节窝中位置,并进行比较。结果偏颌组颏点偏斜侧与I类对照组髁突在关节窝中的位置无显著差异,颏点偏斜侧的对侧髁突前间隙减小、髁突相对位置比值增大,有显著性差异,该侧髁突位置相对前移;偏颌组两侧髁突在关节窝中的位置无显著性差异。结论髁突会随咬合的改变发生重建。
Objective To investigate if condylar position in children with ClassⅢ malocclusion and mandible deviation was different from that found in children with Class Ⅰ malocclusion. Methods Twenty children with Class m malocclusion and mandible deviation were compared with 20 children exhibiting Angle Class Ⅰ malocclusion. Condylar position within the glenoid fossa was analyzed by TMJ tanscranial lateral oblique radiographs. Results Condylar position on the side of mentum deviation in Class Ⅲ showed no difference with that in Class Ⅰ, whereas on the opposite side the anterior joint spaces in Class Ⅲ were significantly smaller than that in Class Ⅰ and the ratio value of relative condylar positions in Class Ⅲ was significantly larger than that in Class Ⅰ. Conclusion Remodelling changes take place in the condylar head in response to occluaal alterations.
