摘要
本文用SCMAIC(半定制多值逻辑阵列集成电路)实现的模糊量化电路的基础上,设计了适宜于在模糊关系方程求解中使用的模糊比较电路,并以此为阵列基本单元实现了模糊关系方程求解电路,系统无需进行A/D转换,以SCMAIC为基础,便于单片集成以实现快速模糊关系方程求解。
Based on the proposed fuzzy quantization circuit realized with SCMAIC (Semi-Custom Multiple-valued Array IC), this paper proposes a fuzzy comparison circuit which is suitable to be used in fuzzy relation equation solving. With the comparison circuit used as the basic array element, the fuzzy relation equation solving circuit is realized. The system needn' t carry out A/D conversion. Based on SCMAIC, it is very convinient to be integrated into one chip to realize fast fuzzy relation equation solving.
