摘要
目的:研究补体激活对兔脑出血性脑水肿的影响。方法:制造兔脑出血模型,随机分为实验组、对照组。实验组注射眼镜毒蛇因子,检测脑组织水含量及不同时点血浆补体C3、神经元特异性烯醇化酶、肿瘤坏死因子浓度,结果与对照组比较。结果:实验组与对照组48h后脑组织水含量分别为(80.19±0.54)、(79.57±0.44)。脑组织水含量、补体C3、神经元特异性烯醇化酶、肿瘤坏死因子浓度两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:脑出血后补体系统激活加重了脑水肿。
Objective:To study the effect of activation of the complement system on cerebral edema after cerebral hemorrhage of rabbit. Methods: Cerebral hemorrhagic model was established and rabbits were divided into experimental group and control one. CVF was injected intraperitoneally in the experimental group. The dry weight/wet weight of brain and the level of plasma complement C3 in different time, NSE and TNF-α were detected in the experimental group. The results of the experimental group were compared to the control one. Results:The dry weight/wet weight of the brain tissue in the experimental group and control group after 48 hrs were (80.19 ± 0.54)and(79.57 ± 0.44), respectively. There was significant statistical difference in the experimental and control groups about the dry weight/wet weight of the brain tissue, the level of complement C3, NSE and TNF-α .(P〈 0.05). Conclusion: The activation of the complement system after brain hemorrhage aggravates cerebral edema.
