摘要
本文用原子力显微镜(AFM),研究常用固化模具材料玻璃、有机玻璃(PMMA)和塑料制作的PDMS盖片的表面特性。并用XPS分析PDMS表面的化学组成,表明在优化的PDMS芯片制作条件下,PDMS芯片的自粘粘合力取决于盖片的表面粗糙度。
