摘要
本研究以头发中的稀土含量和分布特征作为暴露的生物标志物,选用ICP-MS分析法,对矿区和对照区两村长期居住的农民头发进行15种稀土元素的含量研究。结果表明:矿区发样中各稀土元素的中位数(ng/g)为:La(124.9)、Ce(269.2)、Pr(21.4)、Nd(77.2)、Sm(9.3)、Eu(2.5)和Gd(8.4)均高于对照村(p<0.01),其余重稀土元素虽亦有稍高的趋势,但差异无统计学显著性。全部发样的稀土分布模式均为轻稀土富集重稀土亏损型(LaN/SmN>1和GdN/YbN>1),矿区发样轻稀土富集程度平均高出对照村3倍(p 0.01)。
15 Rare Earth Elements(REEs) contents and their distribution patterns, as REEs exposure biomarkers, of adult scalp hair samples from a REEs mining area in Shandong Province were studied by using ICP-MA. The resuits showed that:the medians (ng/g) of the contents of 15 REEs in the samples from the mining area (La;124.9, Ce:269.2 ,Pr:21.4,Nd:77.2 ,Sm:9.3 ,Eu:2.5 ,and Gd:8.4) were all significantly higher than those from the reference area ( p 〈 0.01 ). Though the medians of the other heavy REEs had a trend of slightly higher than those of samples from the reference area, the differences were not significant. The distribution patterns o1! all samples had the same characteristics, i. e. accumulation of LREEs and deficit in HREEs. The degree of LREEs accumulation in sam- pies from the mining area averaged 3 times higher than that from the reference area.
