摘要
从变换固化剂、加入快干促进树脂、提高颜基比和加入硅烷偶联剂等几个方面着手,在保证环氧底漆性能的前提下,提高其干燥速率。结果表明,采用固化剂N X-2045、适当增加填料量,并加入0.5%的硅烷偶联剂,可以使环氧底漆在60m in内达到能够转运的干燥程度;附着力达到0级;机械性能、耐化学品性能好。
To ensure the properties of epoxy primer and shorten its drying time at the same time, the curing agent, accelerating resin, PVC, silane coupling agent and et al are optimized. The results show that the epoxy primer can dry to touch in 60 min, the adhesion of the film can reach grade zero; the mechanic properties and chemical resistance are also good while use NX -2045 as curing agent, increase the amout of pigments and add 0.5% silane coupling agent.
