双环戊二烯改性不饱和聚酯树脂的研究

Study on Dicyclopentadiene Modified Unsaturated Polyester Resin

探讨了双环戊二烯改性不饱和聚酯树脂的各种影响因素及其合成的主要工艺条件。当顺酐和苯酐的物质的量的比为0.22;双环戊二烯和总酸的物质的量的比为0.15;催化剂用量为0.24%;苯乙烯用量为30%～35%;封端温度控制在155℃;加成时间为3h时,合成的树脂具有良好的气干性。

The various influencing factors and main synthesis processes of dicyclopentadiene modified unsaturated polyester resin are investigated. The synthesized resin shows good air drying property while the molar ratio of maleic anhydride to phthalic ahhydride is 0. 22; the molar ratio of dicyclopentadiene to total acid is 0. 15; the amount of the catalyst and styrene is 0.24% and 30% - 35% respectively; the temperature for capping end group is 155 ℃ and the addition time is 3 h.
